Like anything else, I was skeptical of any real effects a supplement can have. I’ve tried CBD and didn’t notice any difference, and I was actually optimistic about its use, as a former connoisseur of fine green herbs. So I had a healthy skepticism of ashwagandha.
In a few weeks of use, I can say without question my sleep is more restful than it was prior to using Lune. With two small children sleep is often irregular and interrupted, but since taking Lune I find I fall asleep quicker and into more restful sleep and wake up far more rejuvenated than I did prior to taking it. I would recommend it to anybody, even as a trial to prove it to yourself. This stuff isn’t snake oil.

I am 100% a believer of these pills! My teenage daughter suffers from medical anxiety. She would not sleep sometimes, she had a hard time waking up. Way good product. Very effective. Use as a stress relief/mood enhancer. I am bipolar and have MDD and now using only natural supplements instead of pharmaceutical drugs. Ashwagandha works so well for my anxiety and depression. I take it daily as an alternative to prescription medications and I have seen results just after 1 month of use. Lune makes all natural supplements that avoid unnecessary ingredients and preservatives.
It works great for me but I would say it helps with depression and mood more than it helps with sleep.
